The flowers and the happy vday sign was nice however, you guys messed up my message which threw my entire vday plans out of whack. I booked online trusting that everything would arrived perfectly. I changed the original card message online and you guys confirmed via online that you received the changes. I even called a day before to make sure you guys had the right message, i spoke to someone name either Cynthia or Christina (not really sure of the person’s name) but she confirmed with me via telephone that you guys had the correct message that was supposed to be written in the card but when my girlfriend got the card it was the wrong message on there. Not cool

To be honest, I ordered two weeks prior to Valentines Day for it to be delivered on 2/13 but instead it came on the 15 because they forgot to ship it in time. They did look good but did not come with the balloon or Happy Valentines thing I added. It did come with the note I requested though.

Order flowers week in advance for Valentine’s Day and it was just a bad experience. They didn’t deliver until the day after. The did recover afterwards by refunding and delivery after the fact but just not professional as far as communication. They should have answer phone and emails the day of and communicate the issue. Instead they left customers upset and not knowing what’s going on.

This is the second time using Lex & Roses and I have yet to be disappointed. They kept a clear communication on both deliveries including one on Valentines day (the most hectic day for florist) and the flowers looked amazing. I Will definitely continue to use them in the future.
