I require a refund as not only did the flowers come a day late and the condition of the flowers were very poor. The box felt very hot as if probably left in a warehouse or truck overnight and the roses were very dehydrated. The heads were off of some and others were smushed.

Dear LexandRoses Customer Service Team, I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent order and to request a full refund. I chose to purchase flowers from LexandRoses specifically because you advertised Cappuccino roses. These flowers hold special meaning for my wife and me, as they were the same flowers we used at our wedding. For her 30th birthday, I wanted to recreate that special look and surprise her with flowers that brought back those memories. Unfortunately, when I arrived to pick up my order, I was informed by your associate that Cappuccino roses were not in stock. Instead, the order had been prepared with roses in a completely different color, without meeting the expectations set when I placed the order. This was not what I ordered, nor was it what I had envisioned for such an important occasion. My wife was extremely unhappy with the flowers and felt that they looked pale. What should have been a special and memorable gift turned into a disappointing experience, particularly because the specific color and appearance of the roses were the main reasons I chose your company in the first place. I am not someone who typically complains about a purchase, but in this situation, I believe a refund is warranted. I paid for a product based on what was advertised, and the flowers I received did not match what I ordered. I understand that inventory issues can happen; however, customers should be informed before substitutions are made and given the opportunity to approve the change or cancel the order. I strongly believe that businesses should honor what they advertise. Please do not promote products as available if you cannot fulfill the orders as promised. At the very least, customers deserve transparency and the opportunity to make an informed decision before receiving a substantially different product. Given these circumstances, I am requesting a full refund for my order. I hope LexandRoses will take this complaint seriously and handle the matter fairly and professionally. We had a couple of hiccups trying to come up with the perfect one, but we did and her face once she seen it was all we wanted to see. She was so happy and emotional.
