Very Disappointing Experience
I placed an order for green roses for pickup. They didn’t have the exact color I originally wanted, and I ended up having to pay more than what I was initially charged. There was no attempt to compensate me or make up for the additional money I had to spend.
To make matters worse, when I arrived at the shop to pick up my order, I was told that they had given my flowers to someone else. I then had to wait even longer while they made me a completely new batch.
The entire experience was frustrating and extremely inconvenient. Between not having what I ordered, paying more, giving my flowers away to someone else, and making me wait for a replacement, the service was very unreliable and unprofessional. This is simply bad business, and unfortunately, I would not recommend them based on my experience.
Fast quick service. Ordered the night before and had them early afternoon the next day. The flowers are beautiful and will be purchasing from here again!
This is how the bouquet looked after only 4 days.
I placed them in fresh water the minute received. I do not understand how they could've wiltered and died in less than a week.
Bought these for my sister’s graduation.
Two rose heads dropped on the way to auditorium. When she got home, there were 4 more dying rose heads not connected to a stem and 5 empty stems?? Why are we stuffing bouquets with dead roses? So embarrassing
The Flowers came in exceptional shape. A lot of them had brownish spots on them. But I assume they came from the cardboard box packaging it came in. Overall not a bad experience.
I bought these for my girlfriend’s birthday and she loved them. I got to the studio, they helped me immediately and my flowers were already ready to go.
The flowers weren’t the one I had chose it had purple flowers when the bouquet I chose was hot pink. They called me and said that the flowers were ready and that they were closing soon. When I arrived they said to give them 10 min because they were not ready, which I didn’t mind but then the flowers weren’t the one that I chose and I wanted the flowers to have a message that I had already wrote when buying them and when I give the flowers to the birthday girl I see that the card is blank. I know that they were busy and I’m sure it was near closing time so they were probably wanting to finish on time but I paid for my order so it was a little disappointing that I got what I got. I always come to Lex&Roses to buy my bouquet but after this experience I’m never coming back.
This is definitely an amazing company, and a real what you see is what you get, my wife was beyond words with her bouquet, I’d recommend this company to anyone looking for a special gift, the texting feature is also a nice addition, Ashley was exceptional.
The box was very hot and the flowers therefore were very droopy. I was hoping that once i got the flowers out the box it would cool off and come back to life but the roses just look like they were instantly drying. The presentation was nice but the flowers look like their life was cut very short. Maybe add some dry ice to keep the inside of the box from overheating.
