We started out a little rocky. The flowers were delivered on time however, they were not really what I expected in terms of quality. I made a simple contact to the company and boy did they make up for it above and beyond. Shipped out a new arrangement immediately which I attach pictures here and they were beautiful. They also credit us for the inconvenience which was definitely above and beyond. The customer service person that contacted me was incredibly polite and professional, and I would definitely use them again. In both cases the delivery was sent to me with automated texts updating me of the arrival so the flowers didn’t sit outside. I believe they are doing things correctly and with a high level of customer service.

The flowers are beautiful however when opening the box and taking out the bouquet a lot of the rose petals had come off and one of the rose stems had completely come off. This probably happened during transport.
